Returns, Exchanges and Damaged Products
Live Love & Craft works really hard to make sure that all items that our Customers receive are of a high quality and standard. As all our products are handmade mistakes can happen and if your item seems imperfect or damaged (within reason) please take a photo of your item and email to liveloveandcraftpapercraft@gmail.com with a detailed description along with your order number. Once we receive your email we will contact you and arrange a replacement or a refund if necessary.
As we’ve mentioned before, as all items are handmade we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Cancellations
If you have placed your order incorrectly and would like to add or remove items from this order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have been processed or dispatched are unable to be changed or cancelled.
Please Note that we take no responsibility for orders that go missing if you have selected regular post at the checkout. Please select tracked/express post at the checkout if you’d like to track your order to avoid any disappointments.
